Artist Philippe Dodard to Direct National School of Arts

Haitian artist, Philippe Dodard, known nationally and internationally for his incredible artwork has become the Director of the National School of Arts (ENARTS).
Dodard will replace the jazz saxophonist, Turgo Théodat. According to the artist, Mr. Dodard has already been installed as the head of the institution founded in the 80s.
